The CVS HealthHUB is the first of its kind, providing a singular location for myriad health services, counseling, classes, and wellness products. To pitch investors on the rapid expansion of HealthHUBs beyond a handful of pilot stores, we created a live-action story that demonstrates both the consumer benefits and the tremendous financial opportunity made available through these unique stores.

To address the increased complexity of selling Aetna + CVS combined benefits, we created an immersive health experience that illustrates the benefits of Aetna insurance from both the member’s and the employer’s point of view. This customizable sales tool explores the infinite possibilities of consumer-centered care for various health conditions including diabetes, depression and multiple sclerosis.

Seeking to increase satisfaction ratings from Aetna members undergoing knee or hip replacement surgery, we dug deep into the market research and survey responses to understand exactly what type of gift these members would most appreciate.

The first ever CVS/Aetna co-branded product, we designed this direct mail piece to give members a better idea of what they will experience with surgery and how to get back on their feet faster.
CVS has since repurposed our design for multiple other use cases, including Covid-19 at the onset of the pandemic.
This work a won Bronze Hatch Award in the Design category.
